flyer helps you search for and book airplane fares offered by third-party airlines and travel providers. flyer is not the airline or carrier and does not operate flights.
3. Bookings, Fares & Payments
Fares, availability, and schedules are set by the airlines and may change at any time before a booking is confirmed. Each booking is also subject to the fare rules and conditions of carriage of the operating airline. You are responsible for the charges associated with any booking you confirm.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate passenger and payment information, to use the Service only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, flyer is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and flyer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from the acts or omissions of any airline or travel provider.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
